Booking, payment, cancellation and travel terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Prices are quoted per person in USD unless stated otherwise.

Deposit (typically 20%) is due to confirm; the balance is due 30 days before departure.

30+ days before departure: full refund minus bank fees

15–29 days: 80% refund

7–14 days: 50% refund

Under 7 days: no refund (permit & hotel costs already incurred)

Travelers are responsible for valid passports and Chinese visas; we arrange Tibet permits for confirmed bookings.

Route changes due to weather, road closure or official restrictions will be replaced with equivalent alternatives.
